This years AGM is on Tuesday the 9th of June at Stanley Street Club with a 7.30pm start.
Can I remind everyone that at LEAST one player from each TEAM that has played in the 2014/15 season that has just finished must attend the AGM or that team will incur a £10.00 fine as per rule 9c in the League handbook.
For clarity that is one player per team and NOT per club.

Below are the items for the AGM:

Rule 7b Amendment:
The postponing team must notify the Match Play Secretary by e-mail or via text message giving details of the postponement and details of the re-arrangement within 48 hours after the scheduled match was due to be played. Failure to do so will incur a £2 fine.
Rule 9 Addition:
'J' - Failing to notify Match Play Secretary of a postponed fixture by e-mail or text message within 48 hours of the scheduled match - £2.00
Registration Fees Amendment:
£21.00 Seniors
£11.00 Juniors & OAP's

Instead of:
£21.00 Seniors
£11.00 Juniors, OAP's & Unemployed
A copy of last year's minutes can be found on the 'Downloads' page.

An expensive table tennis bat was left at Redlands some weeks ago and still remains unclaimed. Timo Boll blade and all in is worth around £100 new. It has the name Joe in black ink on the blade. If you are or know who the owner is then please contact me.

Jo McIntosh has a full size table tennis table for sale. It's a Butterfly indoor table, upright folding in trolley with table cover. In excellent condition and was originally bought to use outside but it has never been left out or rained on. At £80 it's a bargain!
Anyone who is interested can e-mail [email protected] and I pass your details on to Jo

Once again can I appeal to everyone that the Committee requires someone to come forward to fill the position of League Treasurer as the League CANNOT function without this role being filled.
The role of Treasurer is in no way as demanding as that of Chairman or General & Match Play Secretary for example but it is no less important to the running of our League.
It would be helpful if anyone that is interested could let me know before the Leagues AGM on June 9th and if anyone would like a little more information as to what it entails then they can either call myself or Andy Lee.
Can I also thank the people who have come forward to be 'volunteers' for the League but we need more people to help out at certain times throughout the year.
The 'volunteer role' would suit someone who doesn't necessarily want to commit to a full role on the Committee but wouldn't mind contributing with things such as helping out on the day at the Annual Championships, help setting up the rooms for Cup Finals and helping with the setting up of the room for Presentation Evening etc. etc.
For anyone that is interested e-mail [email protected]
