This years AGM is on Tuesday the 9th of June at Stanley Street Club with a 7.30pm start.
Can I remind everyone that at LEAST one player from each TEAM that has played in the 2014/15 season that has just finished must attend the AGM or that team will incur a £10.00 fine as per rule 9c in the League handbook.
For clarity that is one player per team and NOT per club.

Below are the items for the AGM:

Rule 7b Amendment:
The postponing team must notify the Match Play Secretary by e-mail or via teaxt message giving details of the postponement and details of the re-arrangement within 48 hours after the scheduled match was due to be played. Failure to do so will incur a £2 fine.
Rule 9 Addition:
'J' - Failing to notify Match Play Secretary of a postponed fixture by e-mail or text message within 48 hours of the scheduled match - £2.00
Registration Fees Amendment:
£21.00 Seniors
£11.00 Juniors & OAP's

£21.00 Seniors
£11.00 Juniors, OAP's & Unemployed

As the food at the Presentation Night is a plated Hot Roast Pork buffet with salad toppings such as coleslaw etc. can anyone who requires a vegetarian option or does not eat Pork on religious grounds please let me know ASAP so an alternative can be provided.
Can I also take this opportunity for a last shout out please for anyone who would like to donate a raffle prize for the Presentation Night

As the League are paying 'per head' for the hot buffet at this years Presentation Night rather than just a cold spread can I ask anyone that has received tickets for this year's event to inform me if they are not now intending to attend as we will still have to pay for the buffet per person.

Players are reminded that the Worksop Leisure Centre is available for practice sessions on the weeks when there are no Summer League matches.
The Tuesday evening sessions starting on the 5th of May are from 7.00pm until 9.15pm.
Prices are remaining the same at £2.00 for Juniors and Senior Citizens and £3.00 for Adults.

Well done to Stanley Street Cypriots who beat On-Line Elks to win The Mike Tunningley Handicap Shield.
Congratulations also go to Manton Sports who lifted the Reg Wilcox Trophy after defeating Stanley Street 'C' in the final.
