Can I just remind everyone that if a team captain postpones a match then he/she must inform the Match Play Secretary.
In the handbook under rule 7b it does state that 'the postponing team must submit a score card, giving details of the postponement and details of the re-arrangement to the Match Play Secretary, to arrive not later than the Monday following the scheduled date of the original fixture'.
Failing to do this the postponing team will be fined.
However, the details in an e-mail are acceptable but the details do need sending through please.
