If teams want to take a picture of signed match scorecards on their phone or scan them in and e-mail them to the Match Play Secretary then that's fine.
You can also fax the scorecards to 08723 521652
This will not only speed the process up off getting match results onto the website but also remove the possibility of scorecards going missing in the post and therefore reduce fines!
Could I ask that you hang on to the originals for me and give me them as and when you see me or to a member of the Committee or even post 3 or 4 out at a time.
