A last reminder that this year's Worksop Masters event takes place this Tuesday, the 24th of April at Stanley Street Club with a prompt 7.00pm start.
Spectators are welcome and I would urge anyone that didn't attend last year to do so this time around as the level of table tennis really is top class.
The event is free to anyone.
Players will be once again walking on to music of their choice and the two groups are as follows:
Group A
Richard 'Electric' Element
Tom 'The Wonder Boy' McIntosh
Chris 'Cannonball' Cattell
Group B
'Vicious' Valentinas Riauba
Ernest 'The Immortal' Mpundu
'Magnificent' Martynas Riauba
Not only will the players be fighting it out for the honour of being Masters Champion but they will also be fighting for prize money on offer of a £100 for the Winner and £50 for the Runner Up which has kindly been put up by our Sponsor DTH Engineering.
Please do come along and support the event and to see some great table tennis.

The deadline for entering a team into this year's Summer League is officially today but I have decided to extend it until tomorrow, Sunday the 22nd of April at 5.00pm but no later.
You can register a team by e-mailing [email protected] and naming your team captain and players along with each players contact telephone number.
Again as in previous years you are encouraged to come up with quirky names for your teams.
The handicapping system and rules will be sent out at a later date.

A reminder that this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place on Monday the 11th of June at Worksop Miners Welfare on Gateford Road with a 7.30pm start.
Items submitted for the AGM will follow in due course but can I remind everyone that at least one player from each team has to attend the AGM or they will incur a £10.00 fine and just to be crystal clear, it's one player from each team and not from each club.
Please note that if you park your car in the car park belonging to the Welfare Club you need to give your registration number to the bar person as they do clamp vehicles in this car park.
