As you are all aware our Annual Championships take place a week on Sunday, the 27th of January.
As always we need help in getting tables from Sparken Hill School to the Leisure Centre for them to be set up and ready for matches.
With the above in mind we are asking for volunteers to be at Sparken Hill School at 4.15pm on Saturday the 26th to help load tables on to a van and to then help unload them at Worksop Leisure Centre at 5.00pm.
Once the Championships are over we are then again asking for volunteers on Monday the 28th of January to meet at Worksop Leisure Centre at 6.00pm to help load the tables back up and help unload them again at Sparken Hill School.

Can I please ask that if anyone who has entered the Annual Championships but find that they cannot actually play in them then they let me know as soon as they possibly can.
