The League are looking into the possibility of setting up a new Table Tennis Club in the Worksop area and are looking for someone to take on the running of the club.
It would mean the setting up and putting away of the tables etc. and collecting the relevant fees.
The project is in it's infancy and would get financial support from the Development Fund but before we possibly move forward with it we really need to have someone in place to run it.
Anyone that would be interested can e-mail me at [email protected]

A reminder that this year's AGM (Annual General Meeting) takes place on Monday the 11th of June at Worksop Miners Welfare on Gateford Road in the main concert room with a 7.30pm start.
Can I also remind everyone that at least one player from each team has to attend the AGM or they will incur a £10.00 fine and just to be crystal clear, it is one player from each team and not from each club.
Proposals to be voted on are as follows:
Addition To Rule 9 (Fines)
Fines given to charity of leagues choice.
Addition To Rule 9 (Fines)
All fines from the previous season must be paid for before the start of the new season.
Addition To Rule 15 (Divisional Handicap Trophies)
Matches can only be played if both teams have 3 players available.
Can I also mention that if you use the car park at Worksop Miners Welfare then you must give your car registration number to a member of the bar staff. Failure to do so will incur a parking fine.

Tonight sees the first of round of Summer League matches take place at Worksop Leisure Centre and I would like to remind all players that are playing in it that they must pay their match fees to Kay Wilson before they commence playing.
Can I also ask that players help Kay put the tables up and put them away after they have used them and not just leave it to her to have to do.
Good luck to everyone.
