The deadline for this seasons Over 50's and Over 60's Singles has been extended until this Friday the 10th of March at 5.00pm.
The event will be held on the evening of Wednesday the 15th of March at Sparken Hill Academy with a 7.00pm start.

You can pay on the night but you must let me know if you want to enter.
The costs to enter either competition are the same as the Annual Championships which are £2.00 for Adults and £1.00 for Senior Citizens (Over 65's).
So to be clear, if you enter both then it is 2 times either £2.00 or £1.00.

Congratulations to DTH Redlands Red Devils on winning their first ever league match this week at the 12th time of asking, beating Real North Notts 'B' 7-3.
It's never easy in your first season in league table tennis and takes some adjusting to and the Red Devils have had to endure some heavy defeats before eventually getting to this point, so well done to them for not letting their heads drop and for keeping on battling away each week.
Well done to the Red Devils team of Phil Daly, Jacob Hodkinson and Cliff Briggs - all three of you take a bow!

Just a reminder that starting from tomorrow, Thursday the 2nd March, Howard Knott will be opening Redlands TTC every Thursday night from 6pm until 9pm for an initial period of 8 weeks.
Howard has said that if this is a success then he will seriously consider continuing it throughout the closed season so as they say....use it or lose it!
In response to valued feedback Howard is introducing one new initiative as a trial which is the facility of being able to book a table for the complete evening for the sum of £9 (no matter how many players) to guarantee no waiting or disappointment and to facilitate making private practise arrangements.

The Saturday morning practice sessions at Worksop Leisure Centre are once again going to be run by players who regularly attend from the Worksop League itself rather than the Leisure Centre starting from this Saturday the 4th of March.
The sessions will start from 8.45am finishing at 11.30am with a cost of just £3.00 per player starting at 8.45am finishing at 11.30am.
Players attending the sessions will now need to pay Kay Wilson rather than the Reception desk and all players are asked to assist in the packing away of the tables and equipment please.
